Our Services
Already clear on what you need, or want to go all the way from concept to completion? Here's how a full project runs.
-
This is where the real work happens. We sit down properly — not a fifteen-minute chat, an actual conversation — to understand your story, your values, and what you're really trying to build. From there we develop a concept and creative direction that's genuinely yours, not a template with your name on it.

Your concept becomes a real, buildable design — layouts, materials, detailing, the works. This is where vision meets logistics, and where our architectural background earns its keep.
-
We stay in the room. Working alongside your builders, trades, and small teams, we make sure what was designed is what actually gets built — without you needing to manage it all yourself.
You don't need to start at square one. Some clients come to us for strategy alone. Others want us there start to finish. Both are welcome.
The bit most people skip
Nobody sets out to feel lost halfway through a build. But it happens constantly — and almost never because of bad taste. It happens because the brief was rushed, or it only ever lived in someone's head, or you, your builder, and your architect each walked out of that first meeting with a slightly different idea of what you were actually building.
Nobody notices until months in. Suddenly you're standing in front of tile samples wondering why none of them feel right, or on site watching a wall go up and thinking wait, was that the plan?
This is the part of a design or build process almost everyone underestimates. It's also where we're most useful — whether there's no plan yet, or there's a plan that isn't quite working.
There are two ways in, depending on where you're at:
-
For when there’s no real brief yet — just an idea, a feeling, or a fair bit of confusion between the people involved.
A standalone session, no full project required. We sit down together (you, your partner, your builder, whoever needs to be in the room) and dig into what you actually want — properly, not the fifteen-minute version. From there we turn the fuzzy idea in your head into a real, usable brief you can hand to anyone.
If things have already gone a bit sideways, we can also step in mid-project: reviewing what exists, sitting between you and your other consultants, and asking the question nobody else will — does everyone actually agree on this?
-
For when there's already a plan — from a builder, a draftsperson, or a previous designer — but something about it isn't quite sitting right, and you can't put your finger on why.
We start by revisiting your brief, refreshed, this time with actual drawings in front of us. Then we review the design honestly: what's working, what isn't, and if we were in your shoes, here's exactly what we'd change. You leave with specific, actionable ideas — not vague feedback — that you can take straight back to your builder or designer and run with yourself. No obligation to go further. Some people take the notes and execute entirely on their own. Others come back wanting an ongoing hand. Both are a good outcome.
Together, these two sessions bookend a project — one for people starting with nothing but an idea, one for people already holding a set of plans that isn't quite right. Neither requires committing to anything further. Both are a genuine, standalone way to work with us.
